Ruff Range Dog Park is the City of Frisco’s off-leash dog park, on the south side of B.F. Phillips Community Park. The roughly 2.5-acre facility has two separate off-leash areas, one for large dogs (over 35 lbs) and one for small dogs (35 lbs and under), with a double-gated vestibule entry. Listed amenities include pavilions, seating, water stations, dog wash stations, and parking. The park is open sunrise to sunset and closes Wednesdays for maintenance; water fountains are turned off December 1 through March. The large-dog areas rotate on the 1st and 15th to allow turf recovery. No admission fee.

Rules & Requirements
Dogs must be vaccinated and wear current tags. Carry a leash at all times and keep dogs leashed until inside the off-leash enclosure. Two dogs per adult maximum. No human or dog food/treats, glass, alcohol, bicycles, or spiked collars. Aggressive behavior or continuous barking requires immediate removal.
Heat Safety Notes
Pavilions and water/wash stations are available per the city, but water fountains are turned off December through March. Bring your own water during the warmer months and use shaded pavilions during Texas heat.
